Sarah’s Heart Foundation (SHF) is a nonprofit organization.
Rooted in compassion and guided by faith, SHF exists to improve the lives of underserved communities by providing food, educational materials, and essential supplies.
Since 2021, our work has been supporting orphanages in Africa and homeless shelters in the United States through monthly donations, financial support, and hands-on volunteer engagement.
We believe that sustainable impact requires both heart and accountability.

Our Founder
At the heart of Sarah’s Heart Foundation is a woman whose life’s work is defined by service. Sarah Asante-Owusu founded the organization out of a deep-seated commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of the less privileged. As a passionate philanthropist, Minister, and mother-figure to many, Sarah recognized that orphans, vulnerable children, the youth, and young adults in underserved communities often lack the basic resources necessary to break the cycle of poverty.
Leveraging her professional acumen as a Financial Strategist and risk management specialist, Sarah ensures that her foundation operates with transparency, heart, and high impact. Whether she is organizing local donation drives or coordinating global resource distribution, Sarah remains hands-on and dedicated to her "North Star": a world where no child is left behind due to their circumstances.
